Payment processor updates

Alertpay has been added to the payment and payout system. I apologize to all those who found it to be an inconvenience and created a support ticket to voice their opinion. I took it down to build up funds in this account and to make it a stable payment source for the site.

Next I will be looking to make payments automatic and instant. This will happen once the balance in both processors reach a certain level and I see that the stability of the site isn't at risk. Instant payments are one of the main priorities for the site so everyone please look out for a later update.

Also, I will be building funds and adding Neteller and Liberty Reserve to the list of payment processors for Clix-Club. This will give the site more of a balance with payments and purchases.
