By signing up and actively using any portion of the Clix-Club program you agree to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
You and Clix-Club are independent contractors, and nothing in this Agreement creates any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative or employment relationship between you and Clix-Club.
Should any instances of fraud, system abuse, or any type of activity deemed to be inappropriate or illegal by Clix-Club be detected, it will result in member termination and possible legal action.
Multiple Joins
You are not allowed to create any more than 1 account.You are not allowed to use more than 1 IP . ALL members must write correct information in their profile. If we detect false info, this will show us that you have not read our TOS and don't respect the service ,your earning will be nulled and you not be able to receive payout from Clix-Club.com
False Representing
We do not tolerate anyone who uses false information to get referrals.
Cheating
With our tough anti-cheat system, it is extremely difficult to cheat. If someone is caught cheating or simply attempting to cheat, we have the right to forfeit all earnings and possibly even ban the user from our network.
Cheating would include any of the following:
Interfering with our system to prevent optimum security and/or reliability.
Creating any type of emulator, or a program to automate the process of clicking.
Any malicious act that may, in any way, interfere with our system.
If you should choose to use an IP masking service of any kind to access Clix-Club you are doing so at your own risk. As we have no way of telling whether or not your IP is masked, if a different users is using the same service to mask their IP as you are using, it will show up as you having more than one account. So beware these services, if more than one user uses a single service, the users can be banned for multiple accounts, no questions asked. We do allow this, however, if you have someone on the same IP, and they happen to be one of your referrals, you will be flagged for banishment. You can be banned with OR without warning.
Any member who fails 20% or more cheat checks will have their account deleted without question. Multiple fails are a sign that you are not paying attention to the advertisements and deleted accounts will not be reactivated.
Payments and Purchases
Payments and purchases are done manually and can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours. This is done to screen accounts and check for any cheaters or bots that may be accessing accounts.
In order to recieve multiple payments, YOU MUST POST A PROOF IN THE FORUM.
You must have valid and correct payment processor information.
If your payment is declined you will receive a email explaining why and what you can do to resolve the situation. Please make sure email information is valid and up to date, and place all emails from Clix-Club on your whitelist.
In case of lost or skipped payment or purchase (not received in 72 hours of request) please create a support ticket ONLY.
Spam
You may not promote your referral links through unsolicited emailing (i.e. SPAMMING), newsgroup postings, or any other method of mass communication. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination of your membership with Clix-Club.com and may result in legal prosecution.Clix-Club strictly enforces anti-Spamming laws. Spamming is a federal crime. Any member caught Spamming will not only have their account terminated immediately and lose any past, present and future earnings, but shall also be held liable for Spamming as we shall cooperate with any authorities and investigations that may arise from the Spamming incident. Multiple sign-ups shall be grounds for immediate termination of all involved accounts. Signing up multiple times from the same computer also constitutes fraud. Clix-Club will file charges for recovery of any earnings received from multiple sign-ups.
Inactive Accounts
Members who haven't been active for 30 days or more, where active is clicking an advertisers ad or login in at Clix-Club.com, will loose their accounts and can not claim their earnings or their downline. Any member sending us gibberish will result in automatic termination of account and Forfeiture of All earnings to date of termination. Auto-responses will also be deleted immediately.
Advertising Terms
-- The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind.
-- The website must not contain any frame breakers.
-- The website must be English.
-- The website must not contain or promote any viruses
-- The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts.
-- The website must not exceed the 1 popup/popunder limit
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not open any new windows.
-- The website's single popup/popunder must not break any of the above terms.
Subject to change
This agreement can change. Although we have the right to change this agreement without any prior notice to our members, we will send out a notice to all of our members the new terms and/or terms that have changed. If for any reason you do not accept the changes, you will need to contact us, and your account will be removed.
